Panera Bread - Réservation de table

Went there with a friend of mine yesterday. Have to say we were disappointed... Probably will not go back for a while... First of all, the one staff member who was taking our orders could not get my name straight even though I repeated it to her multiple times. My friend and I ordered the exact same salad, Asian sesame with chicken, To Go. The only difference was that she ordered the 1/2 size while I ordered the full size. However, it appeared hers was probably only 1/4 to 1/3 of mine. When I opened my bag at home, I realized that the salad dressing was totally missing dressing on the side was specified when order was being placed). I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this particular location has very irregular hours that seem to change constantly, or they frequently run out of items. When it comes to mobile orders, it often feels impossible to place an order. The other branch a few miles away consistently has food available and allows for easy app ordering. I really want to support this location since it’s much closer to where I need to be. It doesn't seem to be an issue with Panera as a whole, but rather with this specific store. Update: The store has improved!

This is a convenient spot for a quick lunch, although getting there can be a hassle due to the chaotic driving and parking situation around the Costco gas lines. I opted to sit outside on the patio, which has plenty of tables, but there weren’t many chairs available. The cashier was excellent at upselling larger portions and suggesting drinks and bakery items.

This place has big hazelnut coffee and of course the food is delicious. There's a very special employee there, Alexis. It welcomes the morning with warmth and smiles and makes your day better through their interactions. I want to come back! Panera is lucky to have them! Thank you. We frequently dine at Panera and always enjoy the good, healthy, and well-prepared food that is served promptly. My favorite dish this time of year is the fall squash soup, paired with a salad. We also love their pizza and the macaroni and cheese with bacon. Plus, their cookies are delicious, especially the lemon drop cookies!

Always enjoy going to Panera bread. Today I ordered a full salad and a half salad with a baguette. Grabbed my butter as usual to find out neither salads received one! I don’t know if they were in a rush but the prep crew was talking and laughing so i suppose they not focusing on customer service. Order received at 10:59am

Excellent lunch! I walked in at noon with my two kids and the place was busy. We found an open table and I ordered from my phone using the app. Food was at our table in 9 minutes. I got the green goddess Cobb salad which was delicious. Service was great too. We used the restroom after we ate, which were clean.

Three stars for decent food and cleanliness. But add one star for the extra helpful staff person who not only asked us How is everything but also cleared our tables for us. That was a first for Panera! Thanks! Réservez une table maintenant

Great service and cozy interior. Met the Panera Bread standard that I’ve come to expect. Skip the line order process was seamless and the staff were friendly.

This was my 1st time ever and I was not disappointed with the food. Service was slow they had an elderly woman cashiering and she was efficient just slow.
