friendly staff, great management, I think it was the manager amanda who helped us, she was very friendly and friendly. very clean place and good selection even if they have picky children. her broccoli-Cheddar soup is amazing, chicken soup was also great and her flat brote are very tasty. best panera in this opposite. the staff was knowledgeable friendly and went beyond and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. the personal was also very much with my children, my youngest even gave one of them a hug that could thank you for the good eating. also their desserts are great, brownies are the child lovers, but their smoothies are also exactly as they should be. great job panera. that is t...

I wanted to give 1 3/4 star, but all reviews are averaged together. Panera is like McDonald's version of Mary's market. I purchased a brownie, bear claw, and so called French baguette. I told the young lady behind the counter I wanted French baguette and was told to take one from the basket of already wrapped baguettes. The package was labeled French baguette, but what I got was something similar to Ciabatta or similar Italian bread. The brownie tasted like it was a doctored brownie. The bear claw was as ok, at least it had almond flavor
I tried the tomatoes soup bowl and it was ok . It came hot like it should it also came with a baget i believe a pice of bread but it was hard it was ok with the soup.It was my first time too. The soup was a bit sweet and after awhile I couldn't finish eating it I felt like I needed to throw up. I wouldn't buy it again its not for my taste. But it smells amazing. We ordered 3 pick 2 combos and 3 cookies. As always, something was missing...a bread bowl and soup for one of the combos. The soup we received was luke-warm, and the there was about a tablespoon of chicken salad in the sandwich. Doordash driver drove past our home and it took about 5 minutes before making his way back. Overall a disappointing experience. For $67.65 I expected better...
