I visit this restaurant frequently, and it’s a great spot for a bite to eat. However, I'd recommend checking your order before leaving, especially if you ordered through the kiosk or for Uber Eats pickup. I almost left, but then noticed my bag felt light. Upon checking, I discovered two items were missing: my drink and the pecan bread. When I informed the staff member, she rolled her eyes at me. I expect more professionalism—after all, it's her job to assist customers. It seemed like she wasn’t too keen on fetching the missing items. Overall, I had a dine-in experience.
I found the atmosphere to be very good however there are issues with their food they seem to make very big balls with very little food in them and as far as the services concerned there isn't any really you have to go up to an area to get you food when your name is called that's it as far as I can tell there's no other service you throw out your own garbage nobody takes anything from your table and basically the food is extremely overpriced way more than it was before within the past couple of months the food has gotten very pricey
I don’t usually write reviews, but today I felt it was necessary. I placed my usual rapid pick-up order, only to get home and discover that my figi chicken apple salad was missing the chicken—one of its key ingredients! With the current heatwave, the last thing anyone wants is to arrive home only to have to leave again because a restaurant has messed up their order. So, I guess I'll just have to make do with my chicken-less salad. This Lawrence location is tarnishing Panera Bread's reputation with its poor customer service.

I had an amazing experience with their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt—it was delicious! The service is consistently excellent, too! I visited for lunch, and the price per person was between $20 and $30. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. There’s plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.
This was the best Panera Bread that I've ever been to. I had tomato soup and a grill cheese sandwich. It came out fresh and delicious. The place is kept very clean. I was craving a lobster roll! Since I'm on vacation, I made a promise to treat myself to one. It was fantastic! I might just squeeze in another one before I head back to work!
Their food is amazing. I love it! The ambiance was just as nice. Realllll utensils, now y'all know I'm bout that. I'll be returning soon!

Always clean, cooperation from the staff, and pastry's are 90% fresh, but a Lil microwave brings it right back to tasty...
