I usually enjoy Panera Bread as a go-to spot for lunch because it's affordable, quick, and often offers healthier options. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a whole Fuji apple chicken salad, but the few pieces of chicken were frozen and had a grayish color. Additionally, the lettuce mix contained several wilted leaves. I contacted a manager, who was responsive and agreed to provide me with a complimentary salad on my next visit. While I appreciated her prompt and professional handling of the situation, I was quite disheartened to discover that their "100% all-white meat chicken breast filet" is actually frozen and thawed. I ordered a mango smoothie from this restaurant, hoping to try something new from Panera. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. One of the staff members openly complained about having to make a smoothie, which really put me off. If my order is such an inconvenience for you, I would rather just cancel it and get my money back. To make matters worse, the smoothie didn’t even taste like mango; it had more of a citrus flavor instead. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I went to Panera and Jesse was the one who took my order and I just want to say that he is a great worker! I ordered chicken noodle soup, a bread bowl and a cook chicken sandwich from which he spoke, and the 30-year-old sauce aioli. It ensures that your food is in your pocket and the food has been properly cooked. I just want to say I had a great chicken sandwich. Once again, Jesse gives great customer service! Give him a promotion!

The person that waited on me was awful. I placed an order for two persons he put the order as a pick two only gave one side. When I checked the order I informed him that I ordered for two persons it was not a pick two but two full separate orders. Heseemed annoyed. My only question is why doesn't anyone want to do their jobs. If you do not want to work stay home. I will nevergo back here. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and extremely friendly staff, which is a refreshing change from the rude employees I've encountered in Parsippany. At this point, I might consider visiting the Panera Bread first instead.

When we went to the restaurant right when they opened in the morning, they didn't have any blueberry cheese spread available. They also didn't have any other cheese spread in tub sizes. As a result, the kids were disappointed.

Great place to dine! I highly recommend trying the Take 2, which includes squirrel soup and a BBQ chicken sandwich. Enjoy! Réservez une table maintenant
