Ariana was awesome! I stopped by around 9pm for a late dinner and it took a while to get through the drive through which was fine for me because I was just heading home and not in a rush at all. When I got up to the window Ariana apologized for the wait and told me she’d be upgrading my drink size for free because of it. Anyone can offer to fix an issue after someone becomes upset but it takes great customer service and a great employee to get ahead of the game. Even offering something small like a drink upgrade goes a long way and shows that she cares about customer experience. Awesome job, Ariana!
I have placed a large number of sandwiches, salat, panera chips and cookies for a meeting. I tried to place the order online, but found it difficult to adjust it with the options I wanted. I called and the friendly staff went through. I love the Mediterranean sandwich. I was the only problem I had with the salat. I think I ordered the Greek salate. whatever we have was something with a very hard chewing green leaf. almost impossible.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and pleasant, and the menu features the usual offerings from Panera. I found the thick-sliced multi-grain bread to be delicious, and it freezes nicely for later. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere as I waited for my meeting to start.
I found Panera to be clean and easy to park at. The service was quick overall, but I was a bit disappointed that they did not provide utensils. Additionally, my soup was a little on the cool side. Despite these minor issues, the food was good. I would rate them four stars.

Excellent. In Florida the Panera Bread (Sarasota) is very understaffed, usually having only 2 staff working even though it's near a major hospital. This location has many frie very helpful staff
The food arrived quickly and was hot! It was my first time trying the chicken broccoli teriyaki and there was plenty of meat. Although, I was surprised that it didn't come with rice.
I love the soups and sandwiches at this place. You can really taste how fresh everything is and it always tastes great.
Food was ok , one guy was put out when I asked for a couple napkins.....sorry I am messy.....will never go there again

They ran out of bagels by 10 AM and informed us that they wouldn't be making any more this morning.
The staff at this location are fantastic. I consistently have a wonderful experience here.
