The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived, our coffee cups were empty, but they promptly refilled them upon our request. It seemed like the place could have used one more staff member, likely a lingering effect of COVID. The sandwich and soup were delicious, though I would have preferred them to be a little warmer. The doors open at 7 AM, but nothing seems to be ready when you arrive. They should consider opening later or coming in earlier. There's only a 50/50 chance that they will have what you want when they open. Their go-to line is, "Come back in an hour." At this rate, I might just stop trying altogether.
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! Initially, I ordered the steak and white cheddar panini, but I opted to change it to the chicken and white cheddar panini instead. It was incredibly delicious—definitely the right decision!
I ordered a coffee from the self-service urns, and it was lukewarm. Although it wasn't significant enough to warrant a complaint, I realize now that I probably should have mentioned it to the staff out of courtesy. Oh well. Réservez une table maintenant
I prefer not to write negative reviews, but unfortunately, this restaurant has repeatedly gotten my order wrong. Whether I order in person or online, there are always mistakes.
Great service and an excellent latte! I ordered takeout and was very pleased with my experience. The price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10.
