Panera Bread - Réservation de table

We have been using the Unlimited Sip Club for the past few weeks while we wait for our espresso machine to be repaired and sent back to us. At least 60% of the time, there is no coffee brewed. They “only have one brewer” but they have been out even right after the store opens. We also order the family feast with 4 sandwiches occasionally on busier mornings and it’s the same with food. They will mark orders as complete in order to have better numbers for their store, which is dishonest. Otherwise known as lying. I've waited to post this until my experience with something I was able to unfortunately have happened consistently.For some reason this Panera Bread does a really poor job of managing the men's bathroom. Specifically, I have gone there and there's not been soap in the bathroom. The last time this happened I went and found a manager who seemed surprised to find this out and after a while they put a temporary bottle in there.This time I went in there and there were no paper towels. The electronic paper towel dispenser either wasn't working or was empty.The only thing I could think about in all of these occasions was, what do their employees do?I'm just going to stop going to this Panera Bread,...

My two colleagues and I ordered lunch for delivery. The order ticket that came with our food was accurate, but unfortunately, none of us received our french baguette as promised. One of us also requested extra dressing which we did not receive. To top it off, we were only given 2 spoons, 1 knife, and 1 fork for three people. The total cost of the lunch was over $50, yet we did not receive our complete orders. I tried calling the restaurant twice but no one answered to address the delivery issues or speak with a manager. Sadly, I will be avoiding Panera in the future.

Most other Panera's I have been to give you the little buzzer thing for when your food is ready they holler out names here sometimes very loud a little disruptive if you are having conversation with your dinnermates. But maybe that's fun for the workers. Soup is good sandwich ok I couldn't really taste the bacon on my sandwich though. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a baker's dozen of bagels and they were all sliced or toasted as to how we requested with our odd numbers. The bagels were good as always although a little small compared to the usual size. Nonetheless, the service was patient with us and helpfulto our group

The drive-thru service was fast and provided multiple options. We placed two separate orders and paid with two debit cards. The process was just as quick as it would have been with only one credit card swipe. The staff was very efficient.

This Panera location is a cozy and inviting spot to gather with friends and enjoy good conversation. The bagels are delicious, however, I find the sandwiches and soups to be a bit on the pricey side.
