The restaurant service was very slow and incorrect items were included in the order. The receipt indicated two sweet soups, but we received two French waffles instead. My wife tried the soup for the first time but only had a few spoonfuls before experiencing an allergic reaction. When we went to pick up our order, we waited for 30 minutes but no one came to assist us, even though our order was ready the entire time. After contacting customer service to complain about the order issues, they refunded the cost of two items, but did not address the allergy concern or the false description on the packaging. This could have been a serious issue if my wife had a severe allergy to certain ingredient...
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Upon entering and leaving, I was not greeted or thanked by the front cashier, even though I was the only customer there during the 10-minute period. In their other locations, I am usually welcomed and bid farewell, so I noticed the difference. The cold drink station was nearly empty, which was what I was looking forward to on a hot day. The staff at the hot counter seemed unhappy and there was no cheerful chatter. It seems that the team here is not as cohesive as in other locations I have visited.
I ordered from the Panera on Route 17 and had a negative experience with my order. I ordered a sandwich that looked delicious in the picture, but when I received it, it did not have avocado or mayonnaise as shown. Instead, there was a lot of salad on it. It seemed like they were rushing to prepare it. The delivery person did not follow the instructions correctly. I reached out to customer service but never received a response. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with the food.
In recent months, my special requests have been consistently fulfilled at this restaurant. The service was fast and efficient. It appears that the management has improved. However, the smoothie could use some upgrades. I was disappointed to find that half of it was just chunks of ice, especially considering the high cost of $5 for a small size. We ordered a dozen bagels and an Asian cheese loaf with French onion soup. The manager threw in a few extra bagels that were selling out, along with various cream cheese flavors. The service was quick, the quality of the food was excellent, and the restaurant was always clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.
good place, but .skeleton! between the tables. three likely students were happy to impress peope to bring skeleton into food business and pretend to study the names of bones and brain location between bones of skelette. btw skelette was naked! How can you eat something and watch this body?
