Disappointed. I've ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed with chicken salad from Panera at least twice a week during the last month or so. Usually I order curbside pickup or delivery. Yesterday 8/26 I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed with chicken salad at the drive through window at the 6 mile location. When I got home I discovered my salad was missing the chicken, the blueberries and the pecans. This is the second time this location sold me a salad with missing ingredients. The first time I called and they made it right. This time I didn't bother to call. I will not buy from this location again.
Service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. I waited 20 minutes for my order when I did curbside pickup. Went in and my food was just waiting on the counter getting cold plus I also received the wrong drink. Today I decided to go through the Drive-thru to see if it was different. The young woman hardly listened to a word I said and kept interrupting when I ordered. I asked for an unsliced and not toasted bagel twice and I still got it. At least they got the drink right this time.
We found several pieces of plastic in the mango smoothie we ordered from this restaurant. Two of my daughters had pieces in their mouths, one after swallowing her first sip and the other when the drink arrived. This was really disappointing and after multiple bad experiences, we have decided not to return to this restaurant.
The internet speed at this restaurant is very slow. The speed was tested at only 0.97Mbps. They do ask for feedback personally, but when I mentioned the internet speed issue, they said there was nothing they could do about it. This Panera Bread location is at 37800 6 Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152.

The man that placed my order was very nice. I ordered a tuna sandwich. Should have taken a picture.There wasn't even enough tuna to cover the bread. When my husband was in the hospital in Royal Oak the Panera on Woodward was great. Won't be coming back to Six Mile even though I live close.
Bought a green goddess salad deleted the onions and the egg because the eggs are from the morning. I half salad cost $9! There was no bacon in it, the different lettuces tasted weird, and the chicken piece was grizzly. What a waste of money I won't do that again!
from this panera stopped on my way home from a 12-hour working day and had such a great experience! the staff was super nice and helpful to check with me to make sure that my order was correct and the good food was exactly what I needed at the end of my day!
This is my favorite Panera in the area. Always has a good selection of fresh bagels throughout the day. Yesterday we went to 8 mile and Haggerty Rd, and they had less than a dozen bagels, which looked like they were leftover from the morning.

I go to this location often on my lunch breaks, EVERY single time there is something missing from my order. It has never failed to happen. The food is good, but I do not recommend this location because of the horrible service.
