The food is much healthier than what you'd find at typical fast food places. The bread bowl with macaroni and cheese was quite filling, although I found the price for a large portion to be a bit steep. The addition of avocado, cilantro, and tomatoes to the macaroni and cheese was a unique twist I hadn’t encountered before. Overall, this restaurant is typically quite good. Unfortunately, today we encountered some delays in getting our coffee and milk. We needed to leave for an appointment and couldn't wait any longer. Furthermore, the eggs we ordered were overcooked and tough. It seems like they might be experiencing staffing issues, possibly due to the holidays or the ongoing pandemic. We'll consider trying a different restaurant next time.
This Panera stands out with its two-level layout, but aside from that, it offers the classic Panera experience. The staff are consistently friendly, the tables are kept clean, and it’s often busy even close to closing time. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is delicious, especially paired with a peach blueberry smoothie. And the lemon drop cookies are absolutely irresistible!
I recently had the lobster roll at this restaurant, but I found the roll to be quite thick. It was overloaded with lettuce, leaving only a small amount of lobster on top. I also think a slice of lemon would have improved the flavor. Overall, the roll didn't taste very fresh.

I really enjoy Panera Bread, but this particular location could improve. On several occasions, I've noticed that the portion sizes are smaller than expected, and there have been instances where my order wasn't accurate. Be sure to double-check your order before you leave.
The customer service was average. The food prices felt too high given the small portion sizes. The lighting inside the restaurant was quite dull. They should think about reopening the area that closed in 2020 since COVID-19 restrictions are no longer in effect.

NO LOBSTER! We arrived for dinner at 5 PM, excited to enjoy lobster rolls and lobster mac and cheese. However, we were disappointed to find out there was no lobster available. On a positive note, we did really enjoy the broccoli and cheddar soup!

I truly love this restaurant. It’s very clean, and every dish I’ve tried is delicious. They open at 7:00 AM, but it’s nice to know that you can still order soups after 9:30 AM.
