My wife and I went to this location for the first time, and ordered at the kiosks. We placed two separate orders. While waiting for the orders I received mine promptly. My wife did not receive hers. Amy, a friendly worker behind the counter saw my wife waiting and asked if she could help. My wife told Amy what she ordered and Amy said it did not come up on her screen. My wife told her the credit card went through at the kiosk. We didn't want to have to pay again. Amy told us not to worry and immediately started filling my wife's order. This was a pleasant visit. It wasn't busy at the counter but had 15 or so dining already. This store was well-staffed and the couple of employees we interacted with were pleasant. This store was VERY clean and very well kept. Even the bathrooms were quite clean. It was a very pleasant dining experience, low noise and very roomy. The food was great and served hot. I've always thought the portions were kinda small but it is what it is in the big chain stores. All in all this is a good spot and we'll be back.
I am someone who loves food and is willing to spend any amount on a good meal, but the plain and overcooked Mac and cheese, rubbery bacon, and half-empty bowl I received were disrespectful. What's even worse is that I wasn't even very hungry and was looking for something other than fried food.
I urge Panera to consider using a test kitchen and potentially replacing their chefs. Where is the rest of my basic Mac and cheese? #disappointed #testkitchenneeded #firethechefs
If you order to gothe likelihood they will mess up your order is very very high. Not worth the price if they can’t even get one sandwich correct. Coffee is great though. The restaurant turns off their wifi from 10am to 4pm to discourage customers from lingering. On my recent visits, they were out of lids for large drinks and rationing paper napkins because they were running low. I had to go out to my car to get napkins to clean up a spill on my table caused by a drink without a lid.
I have no idea how I ended up paying over thirty dollars for bowl of teriyaki chicken soup and a spicy chicken sandwich plus an apple. Shame on me. That is the Last time I ever go there. I had better lunches when I was in elementary school triple portions
Why is this place always so dirty. Utensils/trays left on the table, trash on the floor everywhere. I brought it to one of the employees that i can’t sit at any table due to dirty napkins and mess under and on the table, but no one came to clean it.
I love Panera Bread. But this one place was upsetting bad. The food was missing ingredients, and it was cold (we were dining in). I am not going back to this Panera Bread location.

If you order to go…the likelihood they will mess up your order is very very high. Not worth the price if they can’t even get one sandwich correct. Coffee is great though.
