This seems to be a widespread issue these days and doesn't reflect poorly on this specific location. The staff did their best under the circumstances. However, I did encounter some challenges while placing my order for two hungry customers—just a relatively simple order. I had to repeat myself about four times before it was entered correctly, as it appeared to be relayed between two or more employees at both the ordering screen and the drive-up window. On a positive note, the food was delicious, served hot, and prepared accurately.
The food arrived quickly, but it had been left sitting in the window because no one told us it was ready. Sometimes we hear our name being called, and other times we receive a buzzer. This time, if our name had been called, it was so noisy that we wouldn't have heard it. After we sat down, I went to check on our order and found it waiting at the window. The place was quite busy, and there weren't any clean tables available. I understand they’re short-staffed, but it might be helpful if they provided cleaning supplies, like wipes, for customers to clean the tables themselves.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the managers for their incredible thoughtfulness in mailing me my wallet, which I accidentally left at the restaurant while traveling 4.5 hours away. They didn't even charge me for shipping! I will always be a loyal customer because it's hard to come by such excellent service and kind-hearted individuals these days. We recently visited the newly relocated Panera Bread and had a fantastic experience. We really enjoy their cheese and broccoli soup with bread, and it certainly lived up to our expectations—it was excellent. The only drawback was the online ordering kiosks; although we didn’t encounter any problems, we noticed several customers having difficulty navigating the screens. This is likely to improve with time. Overall, the service was quick, and our food was served hot.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly welcoming! We expected to have to collect our own food, but it was a pleasant surprise when they brought it right to our table. Even though the place was quite busy, our meal arrived only five minutes after we placed our order. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
The food was excellent and the service was fast! Even though the restaurant was busy and there was a line, it moved quickly, and we got our meals in no time. Our dishes were even served with a warm smile. If only there were a location closer to Watertown, I would definitely eat there every week!
Whenever my wife and I visit here, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! We have never had any issues with the food (which is great) or prices and appreciate the staff working as hard as they do! Good job management!
