While at Panera today I’ve encountered a young lady that was very unpleasant to me. I am trying to obtain her name but she is light skinned with glasses and box braids that works in the kitchen. She was very nasty to me while picking up an order and when coming back to order she let a person who texted her an order by the name of Yaya skip the line because they have a personal relationship. It’s very unprofessional and the rest of the line wasn’t pleased either. The time I was there was exactly at 3:28pm November 15th. Great place, quick service. But the girl at the counter who retrieved my food swept and rearranged the trash can and didn't wash her hands with my order or the cup she grabbed then proceeded to the next customer and caught an attitude with me. Initially I didn't say it to draw attention...sense of urgency called me to repeat it. This young lady was so unhumble and prideful to say she'll do it when I leave. I love going here for a quick lunch. The benefit of going in person is that you can check your order prior to leaving. I recently had surgery and can't leave the house, so I decided to order delivery through the app. There's always something missing smh. They truly need to do better. They have a checklist and still get it wrong. Im missing a while sandwich and utensils. All they can do is give a refund, and you're stuck trying to find something else to eat
The manager Nubiyah really deserves 5 stars handling a tough situation all on her own this morning. Despite the stress, she stayed calm, explained the delay to customers, and thanked everyone for their patience. Her professionalism was impressive.
