I never expected something like this to happen to me, but it did. I wasn't going to share this experience because mistakes happen, but I feel compelled to do so because of how the situation was handled. When I informed a worker at Panera that there was a fly in my salad, he simply took the salad and said "Ok", without offering an apology or replacement. This should not have been brushed off - serving a loyal customer a fly is unacceptable. The situation could have been handled better, and on top of that, I was refunded for my soup, even though I hadn't originally planned on returning it. I recently visited Panera and placed an order through their app. My order was supposed to be ready by 8:19, so I arrived at 8:14 and was prepared to wait. However, I was not greeted upon arrival, and my order was missing a fruit cup. I decided to wait and approached the bakery counter to inquire about the missing item. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the manager for help and explained the situation. Eventually, the fruit cup was provided to me. As someone who has worked in customer service, I believe it is important to provide proper attention and service to all customers, regardless of the size of their order.

I picked up a delivery order here get to the customers house and the soup containers are not properly sealed soup all the side of my cooler bag and then I get blamed for it because you guys don’t close the soup containers properly. I actually never liked picking up from this location. I’ve never had a good experience with this location so when these orders do come up and are available for pick up I will no longer pick up from this Panera bread absolutely will not enter this Panera bread for any reason whatsoever ever again. Communication is horrible at this store by the way.

I ordered online because my Panera Bakery always seems to be out of Asiago bagels when I go in person, no matter the time of day or night. Despite having a stockpile of Tuesday13 bagels in my freezer, I couldn't resist trying the Four Cheese Souffle. It was absolutely delicious and the first souffle I've enjoyed in over 30 years. It was fluffy, moist, and had a fantastic cheese flavor. I highly recommend trying it before it's no longer available, as so many great items tend to disappear quickly. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped in for a quick lunch wanted to eat soup and sandwich it was no brainer for being out of town new the menu and what I wanted !! New veggies corn chowder soup and half Mediterranean sandwich with NO feta cheese with after lunch pastry Bear Cale . They have Tabasco package to add to soup which I do .. look for it at drinks station lower level also mustard salt peppers etc . Also have cup for water which I prefer at no charge ..common at all stores

We are extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Firstly, they forgot to include some items in our order and then completely messed it up by not following our requests for customizations. They treated our order as if it was a to-go order. The food was cold and the soup was not properly made. The sandwich was also cold and lacking in ingredients. I usually love Panera, but this place did not meet our expectations.

Chassidy whom we often see at the drive thru window is always super friendly thorough. We once received a sandwich with the wrong ingredients she had the correct sandwich ready to go for us upon returning even offered cookies for our kids. Very appreciative of workers like her!

The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, but the prices are outrageous. A small portion of soup or Mac and cheese is only 2-3 bites, so you'll definitely need to order a larger size to be satisfied. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of money if you dine here. Previous review: I suggest ordering ahead because the last two times I attempted to order, they were out of Mac n Cheese and broccoli cheddar soup, which were the specific items we were craving. At least online, it notifies you when items are sold out.
