The pastries arent lock in a glass like they would in an actual legit bakery everything is out sit all day flies fly on it so disgusting.Homeless at the entrance begging for money.the floor is dirty.Always long lines, especially during lunch its a nightmare .the prices are beyond outrageous they really scalp custumers 4.79$for a large drink , really ?! 11.99 for a very sad looking tasteless pizza extremely basic dough tomato sauce cheese and somedry and gresy pepperonies. Blaze makes custumized fresh ones for 9.99$ . All their food is massed factory produced shippedfrozen and reheated on the spot. For the price of those cookies you can go to a REAL...
Unfortunately, this location is poorly managed. I waited at the front of the line for over 15 minutes, I was simply picking up a coffee and croissant. No one was running the front (taking orders). The manager was briskly walking around, he watched as peoplewaited in line and the line only continued to get longer. The employees were running around trying to catch up with mobileorders. I decided to leave without ordering. I'm disappointed with the service at this location. I will not be a returningcustomer.
I absolutely love Panera! The service is fantastic, the comfort food is incredible, and the salads are delicious! Having worked as a manager at a Panera Bread, I can vouch for the fact that the food is always clean and prepared fresh. The baked goods are out of this world! I recently visited for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised by all the new teas they offer. Now, I’m a regular and I always enjoy my time here!
This location is amazing I really appreciate that the team preparing orders was accommodating when I was expecting a spacific item when I placed my order at the kiosk and received the wrong item ? I had a great experience at this Panera! The customer service was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The food was delicious, although they did occasionally run out of coffee in the brew pots that were available. Nonetheless, it was a positive visit overall, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely delicious! We visited on a Monday during lunchtime, and it wasn't too crowded. My son adored the margherita flatbread, while I was in bliss with the green goddess salad. My mother-in-law enjoyed the citrus Asian salad, and my husband loved the mac and cheese.
They have give me different bread because they ran out of the right one come with a cheddar soup im really sad I felt different taste tonight
The coffee was decent, but the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. It's a great spot to relax, work, or study. I really like it here.
