I've been ordering from Panini since we moved to Newport about 14 years ago, and I've seen them open more locations across Orange County and Los Angeles. Over the years, I’ve noticed that while their prices have gradually increased, the quality and quantity of the food have declined. Despite this, we’ve continued to be regular customers mainly for convenience. However, last night was probably the last time we’ll order from PKG, as the situation has become ridiculous. I reluctantly ordered two family combos for four at a cost of $152, only to come home and find the koobideh container with pieces cut off and everything in disarray. I highly recommend Panini Kabob Grill for their delicious mixed beef and chicken kebab with salad and white rice. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were outstanding. It's hard to believe that we only paid $25 for such a satisfying meal. The quality of the food and the value for money make this place a must-visit. Thank you for the amazing experience! My wife and I have come here a couple of times when we go to the beach. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and the service is good. This time we got some Takeout and headed to the beach and made it into a sunset picnic. The food was amazing.
The manager here is incredibly rude and disrespectful, often speaking condescendingly to customers. The poor customer service makes this place not worth a visit. The location in Irvine has a much more professional and courteous staff.
