Papa Gege's Italian Villa

Unfortunately this place didn't live up to the hype. Extremely overpriced food that wasn't even that good. Plenty of other places in our area that are same price if not cheaper and you can get much much better food. Also the manager was constantly yelling at the staff which created a very poor environment. They are very understaffed and they tried their best to keep up and didn't deserve to be talked to the way they were. I would recommend many of our other Italian restaurants instead of this location.

Upper management could improve on customer service and training implementation. They offer a $1k bonus after 90 days. You would think they would be fully staffed with an offer like that, what’s with the turn around?

The food here is always fantastic! Well worth the little bit extra in price others complain about. They did forget to put the chicken on my Pecan Chicken Salad (twice) but it was so good~I wasn't even that mad!

Cook very rude and unprofessional. Witnessed a cook yelling at a server about a guest. Made us very uncomfortable and won’t be back.
