Papa Gino's - Réservation de table

Me, my partner my 2 son's ordered from here tonight it were awful.. I got a Greek salad which consisted of way too much lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber, roughly 4 pieces of onion about 6 small cubes of feta cheese. My partner got a prawn cocktail which were a generous portion but it felt warm so he didn't want to risk eating it.. my 2 son's got a pizza each , 1 had pepperoni the other were a meat feast.. neither pizzas were cut they weren't very warm.. the chips were nice. We also ordered nachos which were terrible, they were like eating soggy cardboard. We also had a portion of Garlic mushrooms which had no flavour whatsoever, to say our order cost over £30 it were very poor. Unfortunately we...

Delivery should have been here for 10:05pm rang at 10:30 and was told “Brampton lane” which doesn’t exist was “closed” so they had to go the long way round! Rang again at 10:50 to be told where I live is a long way out it’s a 10/15 minute drive... . driver finally turned up 10 minutes later with stone cold food and told me they only gave him the food 7 minutes ago and two drivers had accidents! When I rang back was told the boss wasn’t there and was hung up on Was sent away with the food! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff and won’t be ordering from there again

Pizza was ordered via Barnsley Eats site. 1st the order was marked as delivered but hadn 't been recived. A call to the restaurant and was told ' its on the way darling ' .The food arrived 20 minutes after the call ... the food was cold. A further call to complain got the response 'it can 't be ' and an offer of a discount on the next order...explained that no further orders were likely to be made. The person who answered the phone on both occasions was both rude and condesending. Very poor service

Mixed Grill Kebab- You have the choice of shish kebab, donner kebab, and chicken kebab. It is served with salad and sauce on naan bread. Unfortunately, my naan bread seemed to have disappeared as I couldn't find it. It turns out I had actually ordered garlic bread, so perhaps they assumed I didn't need the naan bread. Overall, I didn't find the meal worth the money. This was my first time ordering from this place and it will definitely be my last. Réservez une table maintenant

I placed an order through the app at 5:15 PM and received a confirmation email at 5:39. The money was deducted from my account at 7:15 PM. I called the Goldthorpe branch only to be told that my order had been cancelled. The confirmation email included my email address, phone number, and residential address, but the store did not contact me in any way. I will never use Papa Gino's again. Avoid at all costs.

I will never order from here again!! Food was 25 minutes late after already waiting for an hour. Ice cream was missing. Chips and Mozarella sticks were freezing. Portion size was ridiculous with the price in mind! Delivery driver dumped the food on my doorstep! I was refunded for the missing items but nothing else. AVOID THIS PLACE! Spend your money elsewhere!

Received 2 pizzas on delivery both pizza bases burnt and not edible phoned shop and got the cleaner ..phoned the day after and was offered £3.90 off my next order WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN would have expected better customer service stick your burnt food where the sun don't shine

always fantastic eating and excellent service, had never had a problem with some of them, people should know better than to listen to social media gossip. people who go there will know. do not let a negative comment put them young. they will always make fantastic : Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant messed up my order, overcharged me, and I had to exchange the pizza. I won't be ordering from here again, it was the worst takeaway experience.
