I had a bad experience at Papa John's Pizza 10 years ago when they served me a hamburger pizza covered in hot mayonnaise that made me sick. Recently, I decided to give them another chance with the papadias, but once again, it was drenched in mayo. This is not to my taste, and I won’t be coming back. On top of that, the customer service was poor, and the staff were rude. Although the neighborhood is nice, this restaurant’s attitude suggests it belongs in a rougher area.
I've been a customer of Papa John's in East Rutherford for a year, and I've never been disappointed. The pizzas are always baked to perfection, and the customer service is outstanding. Naji has remembered my face and name since my very first visit, which adds to the pleasant experience every time. I wanted to take a moment to highlight this.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered a pizza, but instead received a completely different dish. When I called to address the issue, I found no resolution was offered. I had an excellent vegetarian pizza at a great price. The young staff there are always friendly and ready to assist their customers, which makes for a wonderful experience.
The pizza was burnt, and I've consistently received burnt pizzas from them. Shaking my head, this will be my last time ordering from Papa's.
