I will not spend another cent at this restaurant! The staff here are incredibly rude—it's unbelievable. I placed an online order for a single pizza and drove through to pick it up. I waited over 10 minutes while every employee just stared at me and kept walking, pretending not to see me (which they clearly did). The last time I was there, a young girl opened the window without saying a word. I said "umm, hello," but she just stood there in silence. After I told her my name, she grabbed the pizza and closed the window without any further acknowledgment. It took all my self-control not to throw the pizza back at her! I ordered a pizza with sausage, extra sausage, and hot Italian sausage, but some toppings were missing and not evenly spread across the pie. For example, green peppers were only on one half of the pizza—four slices total—with varying amounts: one slice had 2 pieces, another had 3, and the other two had a normal amount. Overall, the pizza didn’t seem to meet quality standards. On top of that, I requested a no-contact delivery, but the driver knocked, waited, and I had to sign the receipt. The driver couldn’t explain the two charges on the receipt to help me calculate the tip. This was my first order from Papa John's and it could have been much better.
We ordered our pizzas in advance, but they weren’t ready for pickup when we arrived at the scheduled time. I had already paid, and was informed it would take an additional 7 minutes. When that time passed, I waited another 10 minutes at the pickup area. Although the pizzas were bagged and ready to go, the cashier engaged in a lengthy conversation with the manager for another 5 minutes. By the time I finally got the pizzas, they were cold and the portions were smaller than expected. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant again.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced today. I frequently order from Papa John's, but I've never been treated this poorly. I ordered two pizzas and two drinks, and the DoorDash driver didn’t speak English. I don’t understand how he can deliver for DoorDash if he can’t communicate with customers. I'm very upset and I doubt I'll order from them again. Neither the store nor DoorDash made any effort to resolve the issue. I paid for two sodas but didn’t receive them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I want to give a shout-out to the young woman who was working solo during lunchtime on October 15, 2022. My pizza was simply flawless. I've seen how chaotic a takeout restaurant can get, with phone orders, walk-ins, pickups, and food preparation all happening at once, and it can be really overwhelming. Despite the pressure, she kept her cool and was incredibly courteous the entire time. I wish I had remembered her name, but to any managers out there, she absolutely deserves a raise.
I found it quite unsettling to see the staff preparing pizzas without wearing gloves. They were handling raw ingredients like meat and vegetables directly with their hands, wiping their hands on their aprons in between. While I know that cooking food can kill germs, I still believe that gloves should be worn in any food preparation, especially during a pandemic. As a result, I quickly lost my appetite and chose to donate the food to someone in need.
I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order until I finally received my three cold pizzas and brownies, which I picked up after standing in the drive-thru line.
I requested a vegies pizza, they gave me this one with no topping which looked like a cheese pizza and cold. I regret , it destroyed my appetite.

The pizza offers good value for the price. The kids say it tastes almost like Domino's.
Grand tried the new Shaqaroni pizza and absolutely loved it. It arrived hot and fresh!
