If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did they charge us 3 times for our order, they claimed they never received it. This was at 6:30pm. So my husband went down to the store after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. They begin making our order, send myhusband home, and tell him it will be there in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 pm. I call the store to ask how long until our pizzais done because we will just pick it up. They say 10 minutes, great, we live ten minutes away. I've only had positive interactions from thus location always ordering delivery and usually using the app for ordering. With a bit of extra time, you can usually find a coupon online that will help sweeten your deal. I most recently ordered a stuffedcrust pepperoni and customized it with 3 cheeses and added sausage. The coupon I found was for 25 percent off amd it ended upknocking 7 bucks off my meal. I also got some cinnamon roll crumble as a dessert and both items tasted delicious. Service wasgreat and the driver was friendly and respectful. I couldn't have asked for more.

I decided to give this restaurant another try since it is under new management. Although I don't live here, I often visit my grandmother nearby, and we've eaten here many times before it went downhill. I went back the other day, and it was just the experience I had hoped for. The service was quick and efficient, and the food was delicious. The new management has definitely made a positive difference.

Overall, I don’t have significant complaints about Papa John’s Pizza. The deliveries can be a bit slower than expected, especially considering how close I live to the restaurant. However, I truly enjoy their pizza, especially with the garlic butter and spices. Their menu offers great options that keep me coming back.
Heard this location was under new management so I tried it again. I don't live here but its close to my grandmas house and we used to eat here alot until it went down hill. Tried it the other day again and Its exactly how the experience should be.Quick, efficient, and hella tasty. New management doing it right.
The new Mambo sauce wings were a letdown. I got just a light drizzle of sauce, and out of the three wings, two were totally dry with no sauce. When I brought this up to the manager, they said that's how the staff is instructed to prepare them. I was really surprised!
I would like to lead with this location is the best in the area. Pizzas always great and I never feel like my toppings are skimped on. The staff is great from the manager Daniel, and Jeff is always fast with the Delivery. Great Job guys Keep it up!

Easily the slowest pizza place in northern VA. And they let you stand in the lobby without acknowledging you at all.
