The service is terrible. The staff are very unprofessional. I?ve placed an order on the app, according to the tracking it show that the order was ready for pick up. As soon as I walked in, one Of the staff asked me if is for picked up and I said yea. Heasked me for the name and I said my name. After that he had trouble understanding me and he was rude. Then I showed him my phonethat I placed the order for. After that he said that the order will be ready in 7 minutes. And the app said that the order wasready for pick up. This is Non sense and giving the customer false tracking order.
After waiting 2 hours for our order we called twice they said it was on the way. When we called again they said it went to the wrong address. The man was very rude and did not offer to rectify the issue nor did he even apologize. Very terrible customer service after they made a mistake and did nothing to fix it. We are regulars and order often. It is clear they don't appreciate their customers and just see us as dollar signs.
The young worker that’s on the register told me me to wait 4 minutes for something so little to be made and I’ve standing here for 10 minutes now and no other worker said hey do you need anything, no they all just walk past looking at me like I had two heads on my body. Need better customer service or better workers
If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver just put my stuff on the porch and left! It was contactless delivery though he didn?t knock and the tracking still didn?t say delivered. When I told the manager and said I want my delivery fee refunded hetold me flat out no. So rude!

These guys are fantastic! While I was doing laundry across the street, my wife placed an online order at 12:30, but their system never updated it.
Ordered pizza and sides for me and family..they got my order completely wrong..next time I would check everything before leaving the store...
The owner of this franchise seems perfectly fine with offering poor customer service and just carrying on business as usual.
