Update We arrived at the drive-up pick up window and was not greeted right away. Several people walked by and said nothing. Then we were finally greeted by someone who acted like he didn't want to do his job. He wasn't customer service friendly atall. My pizza was made with very limited toppings. It barely had any sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage or onions. Looks like itwas made by a novice in a hurry that just threw it together and ran out of toppings. I order from this location all the time buttoday I'm extremely disappointed.
*UPDATE: submitted the post-order survey received credit for a replacement pizza poppers. Used credit today the order was successful, the pizza is great, the poppers full count are a perfect size. Thankful for the improved customerservice. ORIGINAL: Ordered 30ct chicken poppers, very disappointed with what was provided. Also, toppings were not spread onthe pizza the garlic butter spilled in the box.
This was my first time ordering from this Papa John's location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The pizza looked nothing like the pictures—toppings were only on one side, and it was cold by the time I got home, even though I live just three minutes away. I regret not checking the food before tipping 18% for carryout. Take the other reviews seriously and consider ordering somewhere else.
I ordered a 30-piece chicken poppers and was initially disappointed with my order. The garlic butter had leaked all over the pizza box. However, I appreciated receiving a credit for a replacement pizza. Today's order went much better—the pizza was fantastic, and the poppers were just the right size. Thank you for improving your customer service!

Usually, I'm a big fan of PJs. This time I walked in after I got the text that said it's done. They said it would be a few more minutes, so I waited. Turns out my order was sitting on the warmer the entire time, and the crust was soft and undercooked. Theatmosphere is irrelevant since you can't sit down to eat. Otherwise, it's a pizza shop.
Just ordered from here and the pizza was not good at all. It was cold and tasted doughy. I ordered two extra garlic sauces and did not get them. The extra sauces are not free. I also ordered the garlic knots and they were also cold. Luckily I told myhusband that we ordered a soda too because the driver was not going to give it to us
We ordered pizza and wings for delivery, and everything came hot and tasted fantastic! The delivery driver even called to inform us when she was close. Overall, it was a great experience.
I tried the new Papadia sandwiches today—the meatball and Philly cheesesteak—and loved them both. I’ll definitely be ordering them again. The chocolate chip cookie was also a great treat!

The Philly Cheese Steak lacked both steak and cheese, as shown in the attached picture. I won’t be returning to this Papa John’s and will be warning all my friends about the poor quality.
