Papa John's Pizza - Réservation de table

Ordered a small pizza and garlic knots late night for my niece around 10:30pm. My niece was waiting outside for the pizza for over an hour and they never came. No call or anything. Next day she called the store and was told that there were no drivers that night. Would have been nice to notify the customer and give a refund instead of making her wait for over an hour OUTSIDE for a pizza that was never coming! EDIT: They did give me a full refund and delivered the order next day for free. For that, I bumped up to two stars.

had to wait more than an hour and 45 minutes also the driver to honk the horn almost midnight where there are children, just try to get a few things and was not even pizza. It's ridiculous how long it takes and the food is not even warm when it comes to my door and the guy expects me to pick it up instead of contactless delivery that I chose every time.

I'm sorry that I only went to this place because NOBODY wasn't working ONE person, making pizza or taking orders or the work of the checkout manager was included, wearing a mask, but cartridges are this day and age with the pandemic, especially those who should make food WEARING A MASK

I am quite worried that there appears to be a lack of adherence to food safety protocols at this restaurant, especially considering the ongoing concerns surrounding Covid. None of the staff are wearing gloves while handling food! Réservez une table maintenant

I had to wait 30+ minutes tonight upon arriving at the store to receive my delivery order. It took 45 minutes on 2 separate occasions last week. This franchisee should remove themself from all delivery apps.

The new little paprika rolls are absolutely delicious; they’ve become my new go-to order! (They actually come with more than what’s shown in the picture—I just happened to eat some before taking it!)

It took over an hour for delivery and they forgot my sauce. The delivery driver was drunk and tried to scam me out of a tip. Called back for my sauce they said they would bring it and never did

Bad service. Staff smoking, very rude, very unprofessional. Even ordered the food.
