This Papa John 's is absolute trash. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza at 7 o 'clock and after an hour of waiting we called and the person we spoke with was really rude. She lied and said the delivery guy just left, even though we could see the deliveryjust kind of driving around town for about an hour. They lied again and said that the pizza was already delivered to an addressthat doesn 't even exist. Then lied a 3rd time and said that they fixed the address and the pizza is being delivered . Then thepizza showed up 20 mins later and it was, of course, the wrong pizza, cold, and misshapen. After trying to flag down the driver,I noticed his car was full of people who were clearly not employ...
Female at desk was very rude. Doors were open upon my arrival at 9:57am. Female informed me that they weren't open yet so I stepped back outside until 10:00am. Once again she stated that she wasn't ready yet. So I gave her another 10 minutes beforewalking back into the store. Remind you that the Doors were open the whole time. Upon my last entry she was still rude and saidthat she wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes. I promised some students where I work (Owings Mills Elementary school) a pizzafor being great and there lunch starts at 10:30. Thanks for Domino's.
Experience was as expected for a papa John's. Food was good tasted like every other papa John's pizza that I've ordered As the lady approaches the register, she gave a friendly greeting. The pizza was ready when it said it was ready I was nervous to comehere based on the recent reviews, but I'm glad I did. I want value ease, and this location fulfilled that
I ordered ahead for a large order for a birthday party and I got a message an hour before the party was supposed to start that they had NO DOUGH and couldn’t make ANY pizzas. The woman was then incredibly rude to me on the phone when I called. DO NOT USE THIS

Meat lovers Pizza and buffalo wings was delicious my friend and I really enjoyed both .I placed the Pizza in the oven to get a little hotter and crust was so crunchy it made it taste even better . No left over with some homemade lemonade.
I went to place an order, and they told me to order online instead, saying it was faster. It seemed like they didn't want to help because I was the only customer there. I just don't understand why they couldn't take my order in person.
The entire pizza crust was undercooked, and I found hair on the pizza. It was disgusting. I tried to call and the manager was unhelpful and rude. I won't be ordering from this place again.
Theee weeks in a row, I order online. They give a delivery window. Pizza is marked delivered but never shows up. I call the store, wait 40 minutes for a manager, and all I get is sorry .

These are supposed to be cheese sticks, but they hardly contain any cheese and are cut like a pizza. This is by far the worst Papa John's I’ve ever visited.
Food is pretty decent for your local community papa John’s.
