I saw an online deal for a large stuffed crust pizza from Papa John's that includes one topping. I called to order a pizza without sauce and requested paprika as my topping. However, there was a language barrier with the person taking my order, which made communication difficult. As a result, I received a white pizza without any paprika. My receipt showed an order for pepperoni, indicating a misunderstanding. When I called the store to clarify, a manager named Trey answered and quickly offered to send me another white pizza, this time with paprika as I originally wanted. Thank you, Trey!
Another great visit! Martell was extremely helpful, and the food, as always, was outstanding. It was hot and ready upon our arrival. The staff member on duty tonight was very friendly and accommodating. You can tell he truly cares about his work—the pizza he prepared was the best we've ever had from Papa John's. Thank you! Didn't dine in. But I order using via doordash. Only have to wait 30-45 mintues which isn't a problem, I've gotten my pizza delivered to my house and the pizza box was still hot. I've ordered it around 8:30pm on 7/13/22. I have order here before and myexperience is pretty good. Better than domino's, they be making them pizza as small as my asian eyes.
Understaffed. Orders often wrong. Why does this place have issues other area restaurants don't have? They weren't like this until recently. Recently, order was placed for delivery. Without notice, they used Door Dash which would deliver 30 minutesafter order was ready and showed up later than that. C'mon, Papa John's...get the act together!

Wow. I finally decided to try the pizza from the commercials. It was delicious. Quite pricey, but I wanted to give it a shot. I gave them my credit card information over the phone, but when the delivery driver arrived, they said payment had to be in cash. I ended up sending the pizza back. Not a great experience.
Papa John's Pizza at this location is fantastic! Although our pizzas were delayed last night, it wasn't a major problem. Today, the store even called to apologize for the delay, which shows their excellent customer service. Their menu offers great options, making it a great choice overall!
Requested small pizza, easy cheese, No pepper or Garlic. Said 39-45 min. It was more like 70 min. Pizza dry and a bit over cooked and the nasty pepper and garlic were in the box.
Absolutely great food especially from a one-man show didn't get to catch his name but the man is a legend and makes a mean pizza 8/22/22

Great spot to grab a quick bite— they promised 20 minutes and had my order ready in just 17.5. Love Papa John's!
Poor customer service, especially from the white bald man. Very disappointing.
