Papa John's Pizza #3210)

I rarely write reviews, but that had to be said. I'll order a while from here and they were always good. Today my order was made with wrong ingredients. (I understand the meal and they are busy). The lady took no time and said it was an honest mistake and she will send the right one immediately. Because of such a customer service that always wants to decide for this place. The lady who takes the orders on the phone is always sweet and honest. Today the weather was bad and they only had a van. She told me in front of me it could take a little longer, but as usual they were before the time! His service like this one that lets me order from here again and again!

Worst, worst!!! Customer service!! I like Papa John 's in general, but will never order from here. Lack of language skills is not an excuse for bad service. Ordered 4 xl pizzas, asked for more garlic sauce. Response? No. I asked if I could buy extra.Response? No . No explanation, no reasons.. simple no.

This location is great, love it .. Their customer service is extremely friendly and loves the way they respect and treat their customers. I always command them and would serve their customer service 10/10. The staff is very polite, better pizza than dominos. just love Papa johns..

I ordered a pickup, the food was good and fresh and the lady behind the counter was very polite. I will be coming back
