You won't believe the amazing pizza delivery experience I had with Papa John's. Our delivery driver had such big ears, they could pick up satellite radio! Those ears must have helped him navigate through the neighborhood like GPS on steroids. Move over 'Elf on the Shelf,' we have 'Ears on the Piers' delivering delicious, cheesy goodness. Kudos to Papa John's for hiring the friendliest Dumbo look-alike in the pizza delivery business!

Terrible experience. Called to place an order, after finding out the wait time of 55-65 minutes I requested the order to be canceled and they immediately put me on hold. Sat on the line for 10 minutes, called back to cancel the order and was greeted by an extremely rude woman who hung up on me after telling her I wanted my order canceled. Do not recommend.
Worst pizza i ever had from papa johns in muscle shoals store #977 ,ordered Xtra cheese ,hardly any at all ,the toppings were 3 inches from the crust edge, maybe 7 pieces of pepperoni, couldn't find no bacon and hardly no sausage, oh and this was supposed to be meat lovers stuff crust ,,very disappointed on my 2 pizzas, at 42.91 expected more Réservez une table maintenant
Was given a estimated time of 38-45 min delivery time. Which is normal. Almost and hour and a half later they arrive. Got a pizza and cheese bread. Both were cold as cold be cheese bread is cold and looks like old dough not edible. Worst experience they’re starting to act like dominoes ?
