After about 1 1/2 hours I called and the manager adv ' they where waiting on an Uber Delivery Driver my food was sotting in a window ' getting old cold?? ' I asked why PaPa Johns ' had to use an Uber Driver Logistics for the Company didn 't have and pay for there own drivers?? Something about certain days of the week they used Uber??! The staff at Papa John's in Abingdon, VA does an excellent job that we felt the need to show our gratitude. The food is always delicious, so thank you. However, it is disappointing that the call-in service, which is outsourced, is terrible. This is a disservice to the dedicated employees in our community. The call-in agents do not understand our orders and constantly try to sell us other items. It is frustrating that we have to wait until we arrive at the restaurant to place our order.
We got a pizza last night. My 3 year old daughter and I have been sick to our stomach since last night. Feeling drained and sick. Staying in the bathroom for the majority of this day. This is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s the amount of grease or if something contaminated the food or what but I do know I had 2 pieces of pizza and my stomach is still tearing up. Definitely won’t be eating here again.

I placed an order online at 10:30 at this restaurant, but they canceled my order even though they don't close until 11. I will be taking my business elsewhere and not supporting these lazy individuals who can't even do their job properly.
Do not pre-order food for takeout or delivery from this restaurant if you are expecting it for work, as you may end up hungry and disappointed.
Perhaps hiring additional staff would be a good idea. Waiting one and a half to two hours for food is not ideal.
Took my order 30 minutes before closing and didn't make it, when I called about it I was hung up on.
