Our meal had to be remade and sent back to us, and while the food was of the usual quality this time, the overall experience was completely unacceptable. It was clear that the driver had dropped the original order; anyone could have seen that the top box with the knots was soaked in grease. It’s hard to believe that someone would drop a pizza and still deliver it instead of contacting the restaurant for a replacement. I understand accidents happen, but it would have made a significant difference to simply replace the food instead of keeping us waiting. the staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate of their coustomers. they loaded 8 bottles of pop into 1 bag an when I asked for them to be separated into 2 bags they refused and called me rude. I was not rude to them I said plz n ty n explained why I was asking. I think it was because I was a woman a the 2 men behind the counter just didn't want to give a woman what she asked for
I have a serious gluten allergy, so I usually don 't get pizza for myself, but we wanted me to at least ask about it here. I called them to ask how they prep their gluten pizza, if they clean their prep area, etc. And they all asked ...what 's that? If it 's on the menu, then staff should be aware of what it is and trained for it. You can seriously kill someone.
This is not targeted at the store but whoever cut our pizza needs to go back to 1st grade geometry, it was cut into 9 pieces and every one was a different size, one took up a quarter on its own and 4 were half the normal size. The pizza was made right but it was cut with their damn eyes closed. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was messy and rude, and the owner seemed to have a questionable mindset that justified the unacceptable conditions. They even served moldy chicken wings, which could potentially make people ill. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
