Papa Johns Pizza - Réservation de table

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and rang to ask them to include the Special Garlic sauce. The man said it's not free with the vegan pizzas, but only the non-vegan ones and I have to pay extra for it. After explaining that he physically can include it, I'm asking him to include it and that it makes no sense for it to be free with the non-vegan ones but not the vegan ones he eventually couldn't argue this nonsensical rule anymore and agreed to include it this time, but all future times I would have to pay extra. He didn't refuse to give me the sauce, he refused to include it without extra charge because I was ordering vegan pizzas. It is highly discriminatory to charge people a different price based...

Had a xxL pizza, collection, pizza was Mexican B Orig, and Half BBQ Chicken. After waiting 20 mins, my Pizza was given to me and I took it home, on opening the Box at Home, The contents was Terrible, the Pizza had Very little toppings, the edge of the pizza was around two inches thick, and around 3 inches where there was no Timor’s sauce or toppings, and when trying to pick up pizza, it just fell apart due to the paper thin base which was 60 of the pizza, as most of the Dough was on the Edges, on informing the staff at Papa Johns, showing them the photos of the above complaint, they just looked at me and said sorry, This was not the answer I was looking for, considering they are one o 3 pizz...

Really disappointed. Online did not give me the option to use an NHS discount option, so paid full price. This in itself is a concern, as it is clearly advertised as offering a NHS discount. I shall be reporting it to Blue Light Card. To say that I was right totally ripped off would be an understatement. The 'medium ' pizza was tiny! It would not feed a mouse let alone my 12 year old. £16 for the tiniest takeaway pizza I have ever seen. Absolute rip off! I seriously would not bother unless you have money to burn. Final thought: morally bankrupt, highway robbery ..

Delivery of 2 twelve inch pizzas. Buy 1 get 1 free. Philly Steak cheese and the Greek one. Both had clearly been travelling around for a long time waiting for delivery. Liuke warm, greasy on the inside bottom of the box, overcooked edges, filling not placed to the edge of the pizza, like chewing cardboard. £24 for this delight. Should have cooked the Aldi pizzas I had in my freezer. Thoroughly unimpressed. Réservez une table maintenant

Whilst the quality is good, some of the drivers are on personal calls or just say nothing on arrival. Oddly as well, today I had a leaflet through the post for the Trench Road shop with February valentines stuff and an advert on the back promoting a new movie of the batman coming in March. Its May!!

Had an xlarge cheese and tomato pizza, 1h and 10 min late and it wasn't even right. Ordered from them again a week, thinking the mistake was a one-off and it was still wrong and cold. This is not acceptable and it's just going down hill from here.

Pizza was fine, 30 min late delivery and rude call handler not so much. I'd have prefered they had told the truth when i first rang rather than them tell me it was on its way when it clearly wasn't.

I have to say pizza quality of Papa Johns is always good. If you haven't tried it yet then you should, specially when there are offers on collection e.g. £3.99, £6.99 etc. Réservez une table maintenant
