The service from the call center and the drive through pick was great pleasant,individuals.My pizza did take a little longer, but who doesn't want hot and fresh pizza! I was told sorry for the long wait,and did get extra peppers,which I paid for.My pizza looked good,but had very little sauce on it, which affected the taste and quality,slightly burnt in places, crust darker than expected on top and bottom. I had remembered and expected better from Papa John.Yes,I did call and inform them,and was told thats the way we make it for all our customers, and was offered to make it again.
I find the one-star reviews to be a bit strange, as I have been a regular customer at this restaurant since last year, visiting every few months, and my orders are consistently accurate. Occasionally, a sauce may be forgotten, but that is the extent of any mistakes. The food is always hot, my orders are always correct, and I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Those leaving negative reviews may need to double-check their orders or consider diversifying their food choices beyond just pizza.
I used to order pizza from this restaurant every month. However, after being disrespected by the same worker for the second time in a row, I will never be ordering from here again. His attitude is appalling and he completely ignores customers at his own discretion. While I enjoy pizza, I cannot recommend spending money at a place where employees act like they don't value or appreciate your business. It is simple to acknowledge customers, take their money, and hand over their food.
I go to this location maybe every other week. Today I ordered the usual which is a medium original crust cheese pizza for my kids and wings for the papa pairings deal. When I recieved the pizza it looked like a thin crust pizza I asked the worker in the drive through window about it and she told me that it is their new crust although I seen pizzas in the back with the originial crust which didn’t make sense to me. We did not want a thin crust pizza.

This store always has terrible service. The manager always has to come and rectify the problem and that is what they’re there for but acknowledging customers, is a simple solution to one of there problems . KIARA that works the register/drive through window is very rude and disrespectful and should be retrained regarding etiquette, pertaining to customers .Parking: Store 1029Needs better lighting for the evening
We order from the Tucker Papa Johns often and it has always been the best Papa Johns we've had. Last night our order took a long time and was not really even warm when it arrived in addition to being incomplete. We called the store and the manager was extremely apologetic and said they were remaking our pizzas and sending them out asap. They did exactly that! So thank you Tucker Papa Johns!!!!
I had the simplest order ever, just a large cheese pizza, and yet they managed to get it completely wrong. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with their service, which is why I am writing this review.
The restaurant needs to hire more staff as we waited for over an hour and the food was disappointing. We will not be returning.

It's decent for the price, I've had better pizza but also had worse. The people were reasonably friendly.
