Papa Johns Pizza - Réserver une table

I ordered an extra large pizza and waited patiently, but after a long time, I decided to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that they had forgotten my order and that they would be refunding me within 3-4 days. I asked if I could come pick it up, but they said they hadn't packed everything yet. I ended up having to call back again to get some assistance, and I was met with extremely poor customer service. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.

I'm sorry to read that some customers have no pleasant experience with Papa John's. Every customer should be appreciated and apperciate. I placed a late order on Sunday, was in hand for a while, but the food and delivery man made it. The manager did a (some work make my food and the driver was very pleasant. To put the icing on the cake, I type the driver. My total number was 38.98 that included the tip a big job well done!

The first time you ordered the delivery here, you got my... I asked for extra paprika and u loaded me for her, but his not there... edit: see many people seeing that these people corrected it provided and ask beautifully. Ask for the guy manager if u have problems with your order.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza last week!! It had some weird smell to it.. I checked it when I got home and it was the pepperoni and I grabbed a slice and it had some **** tasted yuck I didn't eat any!! We Dumped all.. sorry not ordering again..

My pizza was not hot when I received it. I was promised credit for my next order but they did not follow through.After reporting this, my next pizza was hot when received. I still did not receive the credit promised.

Pizza dough not done,,,,,, Canned tomatoes mushroom black olives all canned. Maybe 1 ring of green pepper for large pizza. They say they will refund me 100

The service at this restaurant was lacking as they placed the pizza on the floor, didn't knock on the door, and delivered it to the wrong house.
