Ribs were highly recommended by friends. They were graded OK from my perspective. I like my ribs kind of crispy bbq. The sides of greens and baked beans were excellent. I appreciate the military sacrifices as a civilian patronizing this business. If you are in or around one of there businesses give them I try. The key to savoring delicious BBQ at this place is to opt for the moist choice when they ask if you prefer it lean or moist. Honestly, who wouldn't choose moist? Picking the moist option ensures you get a juicy, flavorful sandwich that isn't overly greasy. The sides are also worth mentioning; I especially love the mac and cheese and baked beans. I've been back twice since discovering the moist option!
