I went to a matinee movie near Papa Murphy's so after the film I drove over there to get a pizza. It was a Tuesday when they have specials and when I got to the door I found that there was a sign saying that for the Tuesday specials you had to order online. So I stepped away from the door and sat in my car and used my cell phone to order the pizza. It told me it would take 30 minutes for it to be ready. So I sat in my car for about 15 minutes and then went into the shop which was empty except for employees. I asked for my pizza and they had not begun to make it. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t ready, and she had to wait, despite the website indicating it would take only 31 minutes. She noticed that only a couple of orders were prepared, raising the question of why our pizza wasn't ready after 45 minutes. There was a $3.99 difference in price between the calzone and the salad, but they couldn’t process a refund because the manager wasn’t available. It seemed like that was effectively another tip.

I’m sorry to say that I've lived in the area for several years and have visited this restaurant multiple times. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, I’ve noticed that the quality has declined significantly. During my last two or three visits, the cleanliness was noticeably poor, and the overall quality of the food seemed to diminish as well. I was also uncomfortable with the rude teenagers working there, as it appeared there was no adult supervision. Unless things improve, I won’t be returning.
Papa Murphy's is incredibly convenient. I can call ahead to place my order and simply pay when I arrive, making the process quick and easy. They often have special deals, and the staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable about the daily offers and which pizzas to choose. The salads are fresh, and they even offer a wider selection of desserts. As for vegetarian options, they provide plenty of choices for those looking for meat-free meals.

I went in to the pinole location at Noon on Tuesday. The counter holding the toppings was filthy. Toppings everywhere and none of them looked fresh. The one female employee was making a pizza, and did have her hair up. However, she wasn't wearing a hat or an apron. I believe that she was wearing gloves, though. I walked in and out. I won't return.
Tried to order online, site said unavailable. Pulled up at 8 10 pm. Was told they couldn't accommodate our request. They would be closing soon and had to be somewhere soon. We left without pizzas. This visit was disappointing, but I should have noted the time.
