The quality has gone out the door. Prices up, weight of pizza down. Got a Chicago stuffed pizza, used to be 5 lbs, now weighs 2 lbs. Doesn't look like a pie like it used to and cost went up 5 more bucks to 22 bucks. Also there other pizzas used to get a lb of cheese but not anymore. I called to complain and the kid said it's what corporate wants.
My wife and I usually enjoy their dairy-free pizza, but we recently tried the new calzones and were very disappointed. There was hardly any filling, and they were filled with so much liquid that the bottom crust didn’t cook properly. We ended up throwing them in the trash. We won’t be ordering these again, as the quality just isn’t there.
We always get the best pizzas here. Always fresh ingredients and never wilted vegetables. Employees are friendly and have great sense of humors. I recommended Papa Murphy's to everyone for that fresh homemade taste.
