I placed an order at 6.50 p.m which said on the receipt 40-90 minutes for delivery. At 8.30 p.m we rang to be told it would be with us by 9 p.m. At 9 p.m we rang again to be told it would be leaving in 20 minutes which would then take it to 2.5 hrs. I was told I could get a refund through Just Eat who I didn’t order with and then told to get a refund through their own website. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I could speak to him but it would delay my food even more. When I spoke to the manager he said he was “doing his best”. First time we have ordered from Papu’s in Cheadle Hulme, we expected it might be a little late looking at the reviews (but it was a sat night and they are new, so give them a break guys) we rang to check up where it was and they said it was in its way and 5 mins later it arrived, the food was fantastic, great portions and really tasty! The lady who answers the phone was lovely, polite and had excellent customer service skills, we will certainly be ordering from here again, they are a business that puts the customer first which is rare and the food is top notch too!
Phoned for a delivery on from Cheadle Hulme was happy to collect as literally live down the road but told we couldn't. We were told an hour and a half. Waited for over that then phoned to be told it would be another 45 minutes. Cancelled and went somewhere else as was getting late. Should say if they're too busy to get the food out. Wouldn't bother again.
Really tasty pulled pork! All the mains were good. A bit late and the frozen crepes were chewy. But we would go back again and try something else for dessert.

Tasty hot food good for lunch. I typically go for a Papu 's Pitta , which is a filling sandwich of pitta with fillings from a selection.
Ordered a chicken salad. It was absolutely fantastic so tasty and so much food. Definitely recommend. Absolutely delicious
Found this great little Greek cafe on King Street and the Chicken Giros was delicious! Loads to choose from on the menu.
Ordered early and requested a delivery time. Food arrived on time and was delicious. Can fully recommend Papu’s Place.
