We went there a few days ago and the food was absolutely terrible. The kofta was so hard that I couldn't even break it. It was definitely not fresh. Our appetizer of gobhi 65 was burnt but most of all there was an old gentleman there taking food orders etc was coughing incessantly without a mask and spitting in the sink in front of all the patrons. Who wants to eat in a restaurant like that. Arnt they suppossed to have covid protocols in place? Why have a really sick employee at work? The quality of food in this restaurant has gone down in the dumps. I would give them less than 1 star if that was possible.
We hosted an event at Paradise Biryani Pointe in Norwood, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure its success. The management was excellent. Despite the rain and me carrying my infant, they kindly provided and even held an umbrella for me—such thoughtful service is rare. The food was served promptly, and they were attentive to all our requests. The owner even opened the restaurant at 8 a.m. so we could decorate. We had a vegetarian gathering, and everyone absolutely loved the food. I highly recommend this place.
We did a birthday party at this restaurant recently. We could not be more happier with how everything went. The food was top notch. The restaurant manager was very accommodating to all our requests. He even arranged baby food which was not in their menu for the little ones. Entire staff were very supportive. Everyone in the guest list loved the food. Right amount of spices and very authentic preparation. I highly recommend this place if you are a indian food lover.
We had a sizable gathering and ordered food from Paradise Biryani Pointe in Norwood. Madhu was incredibly helpful in selecting menu items and suggested adjustments to our original choices to enhance the overall appeal! The food was delivered on time despite the bad weather, and he assisted with the setup. Our guests praised the food, particularly the Hyderabadi chicken curry, chicken 65, and Bagara baingan, which were big hits! Highly recommended!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! If you haven't been yet, you must try it. The food is incredibly delicious, especially the Chicken 65, Garlic Naan, Curried Goat, Vegetable Noodles, and Buttered Chicken. Oh my goodness! Saud, our server, was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.
Ordered Goat Haleem,it was quite expensive with no quantity with more lentils than goat. From any Pakistani restaurant if we get haleem,then generally in 1 plate 2 people can easily enjoy but here it's not even for 1 person and price is too too much.Also the quality is . Of course not going there any more!!
The food at Paradise Biryani Pointe was outstanding. I tried the chicken biriyani, and it was truly delicious. A friend recommended this restaurant to me, and they were spot on; I really loved it. While the location can be somewhat tricky to find, there is plenty of parking available.
Restaurant is Halal but they do serve alcohol. Confirmed from the restaurant person that this is halal. There is halal certificate when you enter from the door.
