Parador Rojo - Réserver une table

After 1.5 hr waiting for the food, i decided to talk with waitress to know what happened, because the drinks and the food never arrive, at that moment the waitress said is bc they dont have the food available because one of the ingredients for the food were spoiled. and they dont know what to do. so why they dont told us with anticipation? why also the beverage arrive after the 1.5 hr. I was charged for drinks and not even an apology for what happened. also food very expensive for that they serve. jose suarez

In my opinion, it was very expensive, and service not that good. I ordered two empanadas, they never brought them, they drinks came after the food. We used to go there a lot and after the pandemia we came back expecting the same service, and it wasn't at all. For that price we can get it anywhere else and much better.

I asked for three empanadas and the lady gave me an attitude just because I asked to eat in here. Show some more respect please.

I want to eat 2 different items of food and it was not available so I had to go to the restaurant next door.

Great food every time, service is good but they don’t seem to have any sense of urgency.
