"The food was average. The beef shawarma was dry and tough to chew, but the warm garlic pita bread was delicious. The accompanying salad was fresh and flavorful, although it may have had a bit too much cilantro."

Please noted and warning for all parents with kids. I was with my kids there last weekend it was a horrified experience. My kids was in the kids place zone playing around and the shoe rack felt on one of my kids on both of his legs. The shoe rack was topped with marble and hard wood which is extremely heavy and unfixed and it was taller than my son he is around 9 years old. Then I was trying to lift the rack but it was too heavy so I asked the teen on the back within the room to help but even though we could not lifted it up fully but at least my son got out at the time but we still can’t sustain the rack so I need to continue to yell for help then the staff came in to help sustain it. A friend and I were having a catchup luncheon. Our server recognized this and didn't rush us at all. We enjoyed the humus with fresh, warm pita, the beet salad and falafel wrap combo (wrap, huge bowl of fries, soft drink). More than we could eat. My French fries arrived cold but were immediately replaced with an apology. I'm not all that familiar with Lebanese food but can tell you that I would return here to remedy that. We were having a latish lunch but the restaurant was still clean and quiet enough for us to converse easily. Noticed that many customers ordered takeout. Will return with members of my family asap.

Paramount serves outstanding Mediterranean food as well as a spectacular assortment of baklava and cookies. However, each store isn't exactly the same. The one on Markham road is actually much better than the other two we have tried in the GTA. And it's not only my opinion. A few weeks ago I found one of my colleagues visiting this store even though he lives closer to another Paramount. When I asked him why, he stated exactly the same reason. We usually visit twice a month. The bonus on weekdays is that kids get a pizza for free.

We decided to try this restaurant and so glad we did. Our service was very friendly and service was timely. we enjoyed a leisurely lunch with amazing food. The decor was new and very modern and extremely clean. There was a good selection of food on the menu and our choices were fresh and very tasty. I recommend the lentil soup. The lamb chop dinner was also lovely. I look forward to our next visit.

I absolutely love Paramount! The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is top-notch. The menu offers high-quality dishes, including innovative options like the "yalla" fries. The manikeesh and zatar pizza are also delicious (I always grab some from T3 at Pearson). My favorite location is the one in Markham.

We ate the chicken shawarma which comes with the fries. It was pretty good. We also had the cheese manakeesh which could have done with just 2 more minutes in the oven. The shish tawook was perfect . The filafeel was good but the dessert was the best. We had the baklava cheesecake which was delicious.

The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The ambiance with soothing music added to the overall experience. The Juicy marinated chicken and kabab platter was phenomenal. The staff at Hamas were exceptional. If you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, this is a must-visit restaurant.

I recently tried the shawarma and was idssapointed... I have had much better from little hole in the wall shops. The flavour was OK but I expected more for the price charged. I'll skip this place and go next door to Bamiyan for a kabob wrap next time. Much better flavour and lower prices.
