If I could give a zero star I would. Don 't try to purchase anything in this bakery if you don 't speak Spanish. I ordered a tres leche cake for my birthday last year, this year I am trying to do so as well because it 's one of my favorite. I called about 10 times no kidding, the attendants keep putting me on hold and then hanging up the phone. I said I was giving them a last chance I called again, I asked them if any one speak English, she said no, she understood that, butcouldn 't say no speak it English . So if you don 't speak their language don 't spend your money at this place. Customer service is horrible. To answer your question (owner) it was different time today 10/3/22
My favorite place when I regret what I call a real cup of coffee. Wake up, fresh, delicious Colombian coffee. The staff is fast and efficient. We love the arepa de choclo con queso (corn fritter with white cheese). It is perfectly warm, crispy at the edges, sweetness and the cheese adds a cream that's pure heaven. Also the pan de bono or almojabana, warmed up, are so soft and chewing and simply perfect with the coffee. I love it, a piece of white cheese in a fresh croissant, (cold not heated), and so good with a hot chocolate or coffee. Stop and enjoy it. You won't regret it. The choices are many between hot and cold foods, pastries, cakes and finger food.
Food is getting front bad to worst , there is no consistency one day you eat good the next time you have throw away.I waited a couple of times before posting to see if there was any change but unfortunately it is what it is.? apparently they don't care much about customers satisfaction, the Boss man always with a good attitude but he's never there . Boss lady she gets 4 out of 10 just like the staff.PS . Service 4 /10...And by the way I just throw away my carne (meat) got pics of it in the trash can in case he ask for proof.
I am very mad about this place accepting my order through DoorDash and when it said that it has been picked up then I received a message saying it was cancelled, Why do you accept it in the first place?this has not happened once but like twice or three times and I am tired of this. You should be concise with the schedule you put in the app or just close it if you dont want to acept anymore orders.

So now this place is my go to breakfast for Colombian coffee served with warm milk as a standard and these delicious cheese breads! Bustling in the morning and I heard on the weekends! (I had first come yesterday for lunch and had some delicious comfort food, potatoes, beans and rice. Then tried the coffee and these Almojabana?s! Absolutely delicious!
Delicious breads, both the savory and sweet ones. The sopa de costilla is also super tasty as well as the sopa de cebada. The girls are friendly and helpful, so nice to see good customer service! There are some tables in the back to sit inside. Wish they had an outdoor set up but it's a busy street. Parking is sometimes hard but I love their bread
