Ice cream quality was decent and the servings were large. The service was extremely slow, especially because there was only one person working. There was no display counter to look at the flavors and they do not offer samples. Toppings are not listed on the menu. There are minimal seating options and there was absolutely no decor in the space. Atmosphere was established strongly by the creepy old unidentified disney and/or Cartoon Network movie that was playing loudly on the tv in the corner. Since I live nearby, I feel my opinion should carry a bit more weight than others. The other night, I had to settle for a different flavor, and it was a real letdown. Imagine sticking to your diet and doing well, then deciding to treat yourself to cookies and cream. You drive over to your local ice cream shop, excited for one of the best flavors ever, only to find it's sold out. Sure, there are plenty of other flavors available, but none of them compare. What you really want is cookies and cream—just like everyone else, which is why it’s gone!

We were visiting from out of town. We like visiting ice cream shops. We stopped in and quickly noticed that it doesn 't have much of an atmosphere. A TV in the corner playing something random. There were two young men taking orders and serving ice cream. It seemed as if they had friends in the place and were chatty. One of the young men took my order and then both of them were serving ice cream out of the freezer and holding it open with their heads. My husband noticed it first and was like "I hope there 's no hair in your ice cream "There wasn 't thankfully.The two stars were for the ice cream. It was good!
Reallyyyy great local handmade ice cream! It was a tiny little shop that looked like it’s probably a small team or family owned. They had about 10 flavors to choose from. The waffle cones looked tasted very fresh. The ice cream was very creamy perfect texture.I had the Monster Cookie flavor (blue) and it was a mixed of cookies cream w/ chocolate chip I think. Bf had the Birthday Cake that I believe was a cake batter flavor with rainbow sprinkles. We both thoroughly enjoyed our cones!Would definitely try it again next time we’re in North Charleston! The ice cream was delicious and the waffle cones were freshly pressed and rolled in front of us and also really tasty. Loses a star for atmosphere. It's a tiny shop with just a chest freezer full of a disorganized collection of the flavors so the server opens the lid and supports it with his head while shuffling and searching for the flavor. Then lets it slam shut loudly every cone. And the front door is also badly weighted and slams shut loudly every time it's opened.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Park Circle Creamery! Even before stepping inside, the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones greets you. The ice cream was incredibly delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend making a stop there whenever you get the opportunity!
They serve a rich and fluffy ice cream that is packed with fruity flavors. Just one scoop is enough to fully appreciate the taste. It's definitely worth a visit, especially since the neighborhood comes alive at night.
Nice small custom ice cream shop. Staff were struggling with the freezer. Management should get them a better freezer. Other than that the ice cream was delicious. Portions were large.
