Park's Noodle & Sushi

I tried this restaurant for lunch while on a work trip in Fredericton. This is a cute little restaurant with nice booths next to the windows. I tried a roll for $15 thinking it would be a large size sushi roll for that price such as other locations I go to in Moncton. I was disappointed: it was a regular size sushi roll and average in taste. I would have gotten much more at Superstore or Sobeys for similar quality. For the cost of close to $18, I feel I didn't get my money’s worth when I compare to the other Sushi restaurants I typically go to.

A great spot in downtown Fredericton. A family restaurant where the husband is the host and server and the wife prepares the food. Fresh and always tasty, you feel satisfied but comfortable after you meal. Meticulous attention to detail in preparing no presenting your food.

Went again in August 2016, our 3rd or 4th visit in the last few years. Food was still good, but the price has been creeping up to the point where it no longer offers sufficient value for money. Also, no liquor licence so no beer or wine with dinner.

We have eaten here a few time when in town & always good food. Quaint setting & nice service. They were also very accommodating of late arrivals like us who happened in about 25 min to close. Still delicious!! Réservez une table maintenant

Bonnes nouilles et soupe mais restaurant malpropre. Aurait besoin d'un bon ménage. Les chaises ont de vielles balles de tennis pour limiter le bruit! En gros, devrait soit être moins cher, soit être rénové.

The owners are so kind and happy it makes going there so wonderful. And the food is amazing. The tempura vegetables are my favorite. Just a wonderful place to eat.

I would rate this sushi the best I ever ate in Canada. The owners are Japanese, really perfect rice with sushi. Come back each time I pass Fredericton.

C'est tout petit : quelques tables seulement. Décor à peu près inexistant. Le service est bon, les sushis aussi. Réservez une table maintenant

It was very good. The portions were a good size for the price. Good sushi and soup. Will definitely return.

The food was excellent, but the portions were small and I paid just shy of $15 for a lunch size portion.
