My wife and I had our wedding reception in the Pavillion room of P&R and the whole thing was perfect. Amazing food, dessert and drinks and the service was fantastic by Deanna. We cannot say enough nice things about the facility and Deanna as she was so accommodating with everything from set up to the music for the dinner and first dances to the dance party afterwards. She was extremely patient with the kids there and had a great attitude, was funny and made the night even better with her tending to everyone/ everything! Worst service, this time I ordered a drink from the server and never got it, then the server behind the bar offered me a beer she poured someone by mistake and it had been sitting there for at least 10 15 minutes as the customer went outside for a cigarette, when I refused it I was given a stern look... Eventually I got my drink.... However the original server never came back to our table.Such a shame because this place was fantastic when it was the Rack n Roll had excellent owners and staff who really looked after their customers
We booked our staff Christmas party in the Pavilion and we were very impressed with the attention to detail, our own bar and most importantly the food!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and the cheese cake was a big hit for dessert! Everyone complimented Natalie and the chef for such a wonderful job!! Natalie is amazing and very easy to work with! You can't go wrong with Parks Rec they have something for everyone! We will definitely book here again.
We waited 1.5 hours in a restaurant that was empty for our food. We ordered a full-size Mac and cheese but were given the kids size instead. When we informed them, they just dumped the kids size onto a bigger plate and brought it back out to us. Overall, we won't be coming back. Half of the table had finished eating before the rest of us even got our food, which came out freezing cold after waiting over an hour.

Was very disappointed with food opinion . It was nothing really on menu got fish and poutine. Portions. Very small . Pointing very disappointing McDonald’s could do better . Menu was dirty paper with things cross off it . Lastly there soap in bathroom they have butt from store which fine but filled with water , with what ever left over from bottle . Summer menu was way better then one that’s there now .
Parks and Rec has a wonderful private area called the Pavilion where I was fortunate to gather friends and family together to celebrate a milestone birthday for a loved one. Great food choices. Convenient private bar for drinks. I couldn’t be happier with how the evening turned out. Our host Natalie made the process easy from booking to concluding the festivities!
Their poutine was a disappointment. Where's the cheese? I asked the waitress about it and it's not the first time they heard about the complaint. They charged us double for our drinks and complained and forgot the food order from one of our friends and never got it. Not coming
We had our Christmas party at The Pavilion last weekend and it was the perfect choice. Our guests loved the food and Natalie was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely consider booking another event there in the future.

Great food and friendly waitress. Bit on the pricey side and there's no drink menu which makes it a bit hard to determine how much you're actually spending. Left feeling pleasantly full, food didn't sit too heavily at
