Parkway Prime Steakhouse Lounge

We had a reservation for 7:15 and we were seated promptly. I ordered the Grapefruit Martini and my partner ordered a the Santo Margarita and they were delicious. Our server was kind and was quick to check in on us. Unfortunately, the majority of our food was inedible. I ordered the lobster risotto and the lobster was so tough that it was incredibly hard to chew and had little flavor. My partner ordered the 16oz New York Strip and a side of the brussel sprouts. Their steak was ordered medium rare but when it arrived it was well done, zero pink inside of that cut of meat. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous portions of salad and salmon at this restaurant. The prices were very affordable and the service from our waiter was exceptional - friendly and efficient.

It's hard to provide feedback on this hotel as it is outdated, including the restaurant. However, the food and service were excellent. Overall, there is room for improvement in other areas.

Food was wonderful, Service was great. Kitchen made fresh gluten free dough for an appetizer. Steak was tender to cut with a butter knife

The service was excellent. Food was very good. The waitress went above and beyond. Quiet with good music playing. View beautiful.
