The service at Parlour was disappointing right from the start, beginning with the hostess who barely acknowledged me. Despite the restaurant being empty, I was directed away from the table I wanted to sit at. The staff seemed unkempt and unfriendly. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to ask if there was a bartender or server available, as no one had approached me since I was seated. Eventually, someone appeared after nearly 20 minutes. Surprisingly, there was no Chardonnay or dry white wine option, which is unusual for a full-service bar—especially in Louisville or New Albany where Chardonnay is typically easy to find.

We ordered breadsticks, two pizzas, and a Caprese salad—nothing extravagant, just house specials. The food was fantastic! The breadsticks were light and fluffy, the queso dip had a perfect touch of jalapeño, and the marinara sauce had just a hint of red pepper heat. The BBQ chicken pizza was exceptional; who knew black bean corn salsa could elevate it so much?

Delicious food at affordable prices, along with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. I had a great time catching up with a friend from Pittsburgh, and we didn't feel rushed to leave or to order more. We each had a half portion of the meatball sandwich, which was not only tasty but also very filling! I would definitely return if I'm ever in downtown Louisville again (I live in Spencer County). As for parking, we were pleasantly surprised to find street parking available right out front, especially around noon.

When we finally caught someone's eye, they were friendly but clearly overwhelmed. The food was tasty, but not exceptional enough to make us want to return. Being locals in Louisville, there are more convenient options for us. If I were a visitor staying downtown, it would be an acceptable choice, but overall, it wasn’t a memorable experience.

I strongly recommend this restaurant. The nachos were incredible! We ordered them from the appetizer menu and added pulled chicken, and they were the best I've ever had in the US. We also got a BBQ chicken dish, which was just as fantastic. Parking is a bit tricky since it's limited on the street, but we found a spot in a parking deck just around the corner. Don't miss out on this place! The service was excellent too.
Visited twice during my week in Louisville, both times the service was prompt and courteous. Salads were fresh and very tasty, the nachos were piled high and crispy but those thin crust pizzas were incredible. I ordered the 14 inch so I could have a snack later. Really good thin crust pies!!! Food hit the table fast Nd the prices were reasonable for the quality and flavor. I'll be back!
For those with dietary restrictions, the salads are large and made with fresh, flavorful dressings. As for parking, it's free on the street after 6 pm on weekends. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a back room available for teams to eat together, which is pretty neat. And it's all on one level, so there's no need to worry about stairs—it's wheelchair accessible!
Parlour is an awesome spot that the kids absolutely love. I brought the team there after a game, and we all had a fantastic time. It's also a great place for a date. As for parking, you’ll need to park across the street since there aren’t many spots available, but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. The menu offers a great variety that everyone can enjoy.

Without a doubt, this is the best pizza in Louisville! The lunch special is a fantastic deal. The red sauce on the pizza is delicious and has just a little kick to it. I’m not a fan of spicy food, but I can enjoy this without any problem—it tastes amazing!
