Parma Trattoria Mozzarella

parma can be my favorite restaurant in all Boulder countryside. the atmosphere is wonderful with amazing workers. I have been here for at least one year, and eating has never even failed me (care for missing photos, sure it is expensive, but it is so worth it. I find that I will meet the zucca pasta and the cheese board at all points of the day. I can't go enough about this place. if I told someone who is superior to where you go, it would be parma! I recommend the zucca, puttanesca, antipasto and their salads! but really, they try everything here and it will be amazing.

had a great table. Eating is generally wonderful. my pizza was undercooked and no cheese so a 5th but that was only the first time that it was. spaghetti and meatball. was a 10th lasagna was 9th drinks from the bar, great. Italian so maybe 5th no cream above. lack of mix. bt loves this place

Awesome Italian food. Every time I've eaten here it's been fantastic. (Over 10 times) Consistent, fresh, good food. I will return and encourage people to try it out if they haven't. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

it is always a pleasure to eat in parma. the gracious and charming owner, emilio, will welcome her. the waiter is without comparison, especially julie. we love this place!
