Parsons is a laid-back small bar tucked away in a narrow side street of Kings Cross. Though mere minutes away from the station by foot, its location is shielded from the noise and rowdiness on the main streets. Plenty of outdoor seating so would be a great summer spot. Great list of drinks, tasty nibbles and fantastic service we enjoyed Parsons so much, we returned twice in a night. Great happy hour specials to boot with $12 cocktails between 5pm 7pm. Nifty little touches on the drinks: the Bacon Old-Fashioned came with a piece of caramelised bacon, the Marshmallow Duvet was topped with an oversized marshmallow blowtorched at the table. are they looking for a feeling of communion? a home away from home, Parsons’ bar and kitchen is exactly what they were looking for. possesses two brothers, joe and nod, together with their friend (chef daniel); this hidden gem is a force that you have to count on. their sense for family and community radiates through their personal service to each of their customers. from the moment they go, they are greeted with the warmth and character of this newly renovated facility. in potts point, on a quiet street corner, it is the perfect place for an evening of cocktails and entertainment.

parsons encapsulates all the qualities of a large restaurant eating, ambiente, service and did I mention the eating? came here with a group of friends and enjoyed us immensely with the beautiful food that was plated just to mention some favs the chips. the chips! the ribs were melted in your mouth and the icebrot. we had a sticky date and quad-choc ice sandwich. sticky date as my fav, it was only delectable, and I hope they keep it on the menu for just a little longer joe our waiter was very accommodating @and made our time at parsons very pleasantly highly recommended parsons. This is a must!. I live in the area and this bar/restaurant is the best I have seen in years! The drinks are sensational and the food is amazing. Tried many of the dishes and can't fault any. The owners are very visible and made some drinks to our liking that weren't on the menu. Very creative with flavours. Our waitress was very down to earth, friendly and knowledgable. These guys clearly know their stuff and I know this place will be a huge success when the word gets out! Loved it!

Parsons Bar and Kitchen is a labour of love. Literally. Owners Nick, Joe and Byron put in all the fittings with their own two hands, and that includes decking a lovely, intimate outdoor area. After years toiling away in hospitality, they decided it was time to get their own place, and show everyone how it’s done. Combined, their expertise ranges from a passionately curated menu, to an expertly curated bar. Kings Cross has never looked so good...

parsons bar is a small bar on the famous kellett st in potts points, it is family owned and serves some delicious diners along with some inventive cocktails. the rise of the small cocktail bars for eating in and around the city is a good news for the food scene. sage and pfeffer puff – grilled red paprika, sage and crispy feta on a puff tare
