Party Favors gets a 3rd star only because if their options of party supplies. Their pastries are usually not as good as you would expect. The presentation of the pastries are beautiful but flavors I think are just ok. Hit or miss.The only thing that I've had that blew me away was the chocolate decadence. I went in to order a cake for my son’s first birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. When I placed my order, no notes were taken, which should have been a red flag. When I arrived to pick it up today, I waited 15 minutes for them to bring out a cake that was completely different from what I had requested. It honestly felt like they went to the back and threw something together on the spot because they had forgotten my order entirely. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes, only to be told that they wouldn’t issue a refund. They offered to fix the cake, but that would require me to come back again—something I really couldn’t do with everything else going on for...
OMGOOOOODNESS!!! They have been here 6 years n I am just now finding out about Party Favors on Beacon St. Their cupcakes are soooooo good, so moist n real frosting. You can tell a lot of love goes into their baking. When you walk in the display is beautiful. You immediately want one of everything. I exercise self control and tried 2 of the mini’s. I got the lemon curd and strawberry dream. Both were absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top tier and they are happy to answer any questions. I will definitely be back. For over a decade, I have been purchasing at least six birthday cakes each year from this place, and I have never been disappointed. I can always count on a beautiful and delicious cake. The decorations bring such joy and wonder. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Paula and Mrs. Marina, who play a big role in making my kids and everyone else lucky enough to enjoy their cakes so happy. Thank you!

I’m 60 and grew up with my mom going to PF! Iconic spot! Amazing how they have expanded into baked goods. The best party accessories, most stunning napkins, fabulous. Upbeat, helpful staff. I hear their cupcakes are excellent as are their cakes and cookies. My small disappointment is in the pastry bites (minis) eclairs, key lime, chocolate chunk, etc. They were not fresh. Likely not big sellers.
I have been a loyal customer of party favors for nearly 2 decades and I always have phenomenal customer experience! However, this past experience with Sarah was unmatched. And please be nice to those who inflate balloons, they do their best to be timely and it is just a piece of plastic with air in it : (And btw, I got 6, and 2 are still floating almost 2 weeks after the party! So clearly they know what they're doing :
I needed large balloons in a hurry on a Saturday morning, and a staff member named Chris was incredibly helpful and patient. He provided great assistance to my husband and me as we prepared for my mother's 100th birthday celebration. Thanks to Chris, we found everything we needed, including party favors!
