To add to my disappointment, the new owner, Mike, who took over from his mom, suggested I go somewhere else when I expressed my concern. Some may agree with him, but I challenge anyone not to feel humiliated for simply wanting a properly grilled bun. I spend over $100 a week here, which amounts to $400 a month.
